The J-1 Internship & Traineeship program is designed by the U.S. Department of State to promote international exchange and cultural understanding. This opportunity is for students, recent graduates, and professionals that are interested to participate in a 6-18 months program to gain exposure to the American culture, while receiving paid training through a structured and guided work-based program.
Culture

The purpose of the program is to strengthen career development by working alongside a mentor in the desired academic or occupational field
Where will I be training?
We work with hundreds of employers across the United States that want to meet motivated individuals that are eager to learn. Some of the industries we work with are:

- Sales & Marketing
- Information Technology
Eligibility for visa duration
INTERNS
- Must be a full-time University student or recent graduate
- Must speak fluent English
- Positions are 6 – 12 months in duration
TRAINEES
- Must be a University graduate with at least 1 year of work experience in occupational field, OR a professional with at least 5 years of related work experience.
- Must speak fluent English
- Length of traineeship is up to 18 months, or up to 12 months for Hospitality and Tourism.
